NEW HARNESS RACING SA DIRECTORS JOIN THE TEAM

Harness Racing SA today announced the appointment Nicole Rantanen Reynolds and James Black as new company directors, effective 1st October 2020

Nicole and James appointments follow the retirement this year of two HRSA long serving directors, John Levy and Roland Roccioletti who both did not seek re-election.

In announcing James and Nicole’s appointment HRSA Chairman George Fiacchi said “We are excited to welcome to the board both Nicole and James, their individual expertise will complement the existing skill set of the board and fill the void created by the retirement of John and Roland. We are in a period of change and growth and Nicole and James will help us sustain this growth.”

In recognizing the input of the retiring board members George Fiacchi stated “both John and Roland have contributed significantly during their time on the HRSA board and we thank them for their service to the industry, wish them all the best in the future and look forward to seeing them at the races.”

Nicole comes to the board fulfilling the legal role, while James fills the newly created digital marketing directorship.

Nicole is the South Australian Public Trustee and brings with her a vast skill-set, including expertise in strategy, governance, risk management, business development and change. Nicole also sits on numerous other boards.

James is the Chief Executive Officer for Perks Accountants & Wealth Advisers in Adelaide and brings to the board table a wealth of experience including; governance; business planning and strategy; risk and compliance management; innovation and technology; and change management.
