The Straight Line Pastern boot has been formally approved by the HRA Gear and Equipment Committee for use in Australian Harness Racing from 9 July 2018.

HRA takes the process of testing new products very seriously as it impacts on the health and safety of all participants as well as the welfare of horses.

In accordance with the HRA approval process, this boot has been tested and approved by Veterinarians and Stewards following dynamic testing and video footage on a treadmill, in fast work and under race conditions, during trials at Cranbourne on 7 July.
