After staying home last weekend Sydney-based driver Gavin Fitzpatrick will make an appearance at Queensland’s Albion Park track on Saturday night.

Fitzpatrick will head north for one drive, being Zeuss Bromac in the Group 1 Blacks A Fake Championship.

Trained by his father Paul Fitzpatrick, Zeuss Bromac finished seventh to Better Eclipse in the Sunshine Sprint last Saturday when driven by Chris Alford.

Fitzpatrick elected to stay at Menangle that night and was victorious with Wainui Creek in the Group 3 Baby Bling Ladyship Stakes.

New South Wales has power in numbers at Queensland’s feature meeting with six horses in the Blacks A Fake and seven starters in both the QLD Derby and QLD Oaks.
