After driving half the program at Tamworth recently, walking away with four winners, Coney will try her luck at Newcastle tonight.
Coney has six drives engaged, including two engagements for Group 1 winning horseman Adam Ruggari.
Coney will drive the Ruggari-trained Mannho in race four and Hazelnuts in race five, with both pacers bring good form into their respective races.
Coney teamed up with Ruggari at Newcastle last Monday week where they were successful with Beneath The Shadow.
With 20 wins to her credit this year, Coney is the fourth-ranked female driver in NSW behind the likes of Amanda Turnbull, Grace Panella and Sofia Arvidsson.
