RACE 4 – HAROLD OGDEN MEMORIAL 3YO MAIDEN PACE (1755MS)

Gerald Jamieson, trainer of The Cherokee Girl, advised subsequently from the event the filly had torn a tendon in her near side front.  The Cherokee Girl has now been retired.

RACE 6 – RICH RIVER AUTO BODY PACE (2160 MS)

Shaun Kittel, trainer of Rock The Nation, advised subsequently from the event the gelding had pulled up fine.  Rock The Nation had a couple of days off following the run and will now continue with the current preparation.

RACE 6 – ALABAR HORSHAM 3YO CLASSIC (2200 MS)

Rebecca East, trainer of He Will Wantano advised subsequently from the event the gelding to have recovered well.  Ms. East stated He Will Wantano has had a light week of training and will continue with the current preparation.

Kilmore – 21 October 2021

RACE 7 – JET ROOFING PACE (1690MS)

Emily Hinch, trainer of El Banco, advised subsequently from the event the gelding had recovered well.  Ms.Hinch attributed the performance to El Banco pulling too hard for the majority of the event.   El Banco will continue with the current preparation.

Mildura – 22 October 2021

RACE 1 – EUSTON CLUB MAIDEN PACE (1790MS)

Boris Devcic, trainer of Winnedou, advised subsequently from the event the gelding had undergone blood tests that showed minor irregularities.  Winnedou will be monitored over the coming days before Mr. Devcic makes a decision regarding the current preparation.

Geelong – 23 October 2021

RACE 1 – DEVCON PROPERTIES PACE (2100MS)

Albert Cefai, trainer of River Patrol NZ, advised subsequently from the event the gelding to have pulled up well.  Mr. Cefai advised that River Patrol NZ had lost a shoe in the event but had worked well since.  The gelding is engaged on Saturday night Melton (30/10/21).

RACE 7 – FLYING BRICK CIDER CO. GEELONG PACING CUP (GROUP 2) (2570MS)

Emma Stewart, trainer of Mach Dan, advised subsequently from the event the gelding had recovered well.  Ms. Stewart attributed the performance to Mach Dan overracing throughout.  The gelding is engaged at Melton this Saturday night (31/10/2021).
