- 23 June 2021– Mr Anthony Mabbott was disqualified for a period of 9 years to commence from 27 May 2013, the date upon which he was stood down in relation to corrupting the betting outcome of Race 1 at the Tamworth Harness Meeting on 17 April 2013 and Race 7 at the Muswellbrook Harness Meeting on 21 April 2013.
In addition, Mr Mabbott was disqualified for a period of 5 years to be served concurrently in relation to his arrest, conviction and associated media reports which were detrimental to the harness racing industry.
Appeal Decision –
- 29 June 2021 – Mrs KerryAnn Morris withdrew her appeal against a decision of Stewards to suspend her driver’s licence for a period of 28 days pursuant to AHRR 163 (1)(a)(iii) (PETES SAID SO NZ – Race 8 @ Menangle 8 May 2021.
Suspension commenced 22 June 2021.
