SA Trots - Dates confirmed for Sales Futurities

HRSA wishes to advise that the dates for the 2yo Allwood Stud Farm Futurity have been confirmed.

The $20,000 Race will be conducted at Globe Derby Park on Saturday September 25 2021.  

Nominations for this race will close Tuesday September 14 and should there be sufficient nominations, heats of $4,500 will be conducted on Saturday September 18 at Globe Derby Park to determine which horses qualify for the final.

The Heats and Final will be conducted over 1800m, with the barrier draw for all races being preferential draw on sex.

This series is restricted to only those horses which were auctioned for sale at the 2020 Allwood Stud Farm SA Yearling Sale.

HRSA further advises that the dates for the 4yo Allwood Stud Series have also been confirmed.

This series which was originally scheduled to be conducted as a 3yo series in 2020, but was rescheduled to 2021 due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Heats of $4,500, if required, will be scheduled at Globe Derby Park on Saturday September 18 2021.

The $14,999 Final will be conducted at Globe Derby Park on Saturday September 25 2021 for the horses which qualified in the above heats.

The Heats and Final will be conducted over 1800m, with the barrier draw for all races being preferential draw on sex.

This series is open to all eligible 4yo horses which were auctioned for sale at the 2018 Allwood Stud Farm SA Yearling Sale or made eligible by way of non-sale entry.
