Exciting Incentive Announced for SA Breeders

Harness Racing SA today announced that Borg Racing, in conjunction with Mr Kevin Seymour, have come together to sponsor a series of races promoting the exciting stallion, Gotta Go Cullect.

The `Gotta Go Cullect Race Series’, which commences mid-July offers a free service to Gotta Go Cullect and a $2,000 bonus for the owner of the horse accumulating the most points during for the series. An additional free service is also on offer to the fastest heat winner.

Gotta Go Cullect Series races will be programmed at all Globe Derby meetings, commencing Saturday 10th July, and will run through to Monday 30th August.

All heats will be run over 1,800 metres and will be restricted to horses in the 48-60 ratings band.

One feature of the series is that it is restricted to SA trained and domiciled horses only. This providing for those actively contributing to harness racing in the state.

In putting this initiative together, Borg Racing principal, Mr Mario Borg stated, “we hope the promotion we have put together provides a much-needed shot-in-the-arm for breeders here in SA”. Mr Borg also stated,“we are indebted to Mr Seymour for supporting us in our efforts to encourage breeding here in SA
