FRESH from landing a double driver Joshua Gallagher is one win away from driving 200 winners in his succinct career.

Gallagher drove two winners at one of the first meetings of the year at Newcastle last Friday and will keep the momentum at Tabcorp Park Menangle today.

Gallagher’s first drive today is with the KerryAnn Morris-trained Bronski Belle in Race 4.

A race later Gallagher will partner the in-form Delight N Gold. Trained by hobby mentor Simon Ellul, Delight N Gold has won his last three starts and for his most recent two victories, Gallagher was at the reins.

Delight N Gold has had 11 starts since arriving in Australia from New Zealand, for five wins and four placings.

As for Gallagher, he began driving in September 2017 and has already had 1586 drives.

He also won the 2019 Rising Stars Series.
