Tomorrow night sees the running of the Gold Bracelet for the two-year-old fillies, won by Some Copper Beach last year, at Gloucester Park. Get the all important last word from the key players at the meeting below.

RACE 1 – COWDEN THE INSURANCE BROKERS PACE

1.Matthew Scott (Neighlor): “Struggling for form. I’ve had the saddle on him and been riding him, so I haven’t put him in the cart. Hoping for improvement.”

2.Jocelyn Young (Maximum Demand): “Racing consistently again. Solid place chance with the right trip.”

3.Dylan Egerton-Green (Our Perkins): “Racing well enough. No standout in this race. We will have a shot for the top and if we find it he will be hard to beat.”

4.Gary Hall Jnr (Disco Under Fire): “One inside us might hold up. He probably should’ve won on Monday.”

5.Michael Grantham (Good Times Ahead): “Numerical form not great. He’s going well though. Not sure where he gets to. In a field like this I wouldn’t be afraid to hold the breeze.”

10.Aldo Cortopassi (Pradas Ideal Dahling): “Probably not a bad draw. I think he’s a better horse rolling. Not a real sit sprint type.”

11.Nathan Turvey (Carter Micheal): “Still can’t fault his work at home but he needs to show it race day.”

RACE 2 – RETRAVISION PACE

1.Matthew Scott (Cut Above): “Career best last start. Should lead and be hard to run down.”

2.Gary Hall Jnr (Our Rhythm N Blues): “He should run a good race. It’s not a bad field. He can win though.”

5.Giles Inwood (Captain Mannering): “No horse is going better in my stable. Last few runs he’s been three deep in the breeze. Doesn’t have high speed to get across the one. The day he can get to the rail he will just win for fun.”

6.Ross Olivieri (Jimmy Mack): “Not an easy assignment. Probably the two is the one to beat. With a nice run he’s a definite chance.”

7.Ross Olivieri (Madame Meilland): “Unlucky to cop one that got over her last week. She will run a good race again.”

10.Matthew Scott (Qtown Rip Roaring): “Good draw especially if the one leads. Racing well without luck.”

11.Ryan Warwick (The Black Cardinal): “Will get a good run close to the speed.”

RACE 3 – WESTRAL PACE

1.Michael Grantham (Affluent Bell): “Fingers crossed he can do it all the way. Last start was career best. Think he will lead comfortably.”

2.Gary Hall Jnr (Bolta): “Can run top three as long as he doesn’t get too far back.”

3.Dylan Egerton-Green (Machs Gold): “We will run the gate. Probably hasn’t got enough to lead. Hopefully we can get in front of the two.”

4.Aldo Cortopassi (Art Tutor): “Went well last week after a let up. Will be better this week. Much better horse with constant racing.”

7.Ross Olivieri (Boom Time): “When he’s been sat up he’s been going well. Genuine each-way chance.”

8.Jocelyn Young (Pierre Whitby): “Tricky from the draw.”

9.Ryan Warwick (Whoswhointhezoo): “Needs a miracle.”

12.Aiden De Campo (Walsh): “Racing well. Needs race to play out his way. Not a great draw, but he’s versatile.”

RACE 4 – TABTOUCH PACE

1.Ryan Warwick (Mattjestic Star): “Will get the run he’s been looking for.”

2.Giles Inwood (Gangbuster): “He’s a genuine railer. Not sure if we can cross Mattjestic Star. If we can’t cross he can land one-one or one-two. Maybe place chance for him.”

5.Jocelyn Young (Bad Round): “Jumps in grade along with a bad draw. Needs luck.”

6.Gary Hall Jnr (Robbie Easton): “They might go harder earlier this week. Think the one will hold up. I’ll have to put him in the race at some point. Don’t think he’s a good thing.”

7.Aldo Cortopassi (Lightning Jolt): “Racing well. Got speed to his inside so I will drive sit-sprint which he enjoys. Not out of it if they go hard.”

RACE 5 – 2YO FILLIES GOLD BRACELET

1.Jocelyn Young (Just For Love): “Impressive last week. If she brings that effort she’s a big chance.”

3.Gary Hall Jnr (Star Of The Bay): “We will try to get in the moving line. She can finish top five if she can get in there.”

6.Aiden De Campo (Secret Reaction): “Really good last week. Came wide and ran the quickest last quarter. Draw hurts though.”

8.Ross Olivieri (Our Shooting Star): “Needs a miracle run from the draw.”

9.Emily Suvaljko (Letsdancetonight): “Crying out for a barrier. Very happy with her last start. With a bit of early tempo she can find herself in the top five placings.”

10.Dylan Egerton-Green (Star For Me): “Ideal draw. If the one led then we’d be real happy. She won’t be worse than three back on the fence.”

11.Micheal Fergsuon (Lady Bella Anne): “Going super. Not sure what Mark wants to do but is a definite top four chance.”

RACE 6 – SIMMONDS STEEL PACE

1.Michael Grantham (Batavia Silverline): “Up in grade. She can hold her own. One is a great draw and I can see her earning.”

5.Aiden De Campo (Mandy Joan): “She ran a good race in defeat last week. She looks like she will have to work again but she will run a good race.”

6.Aiden De Campo (Delightfulreaction): “Bit disappointing last week after a good run two starts back. She’s got enough ability to match these.”

9.Gary Hall Jnr (Just Rockon Bye): “Blow out each way chance. She’s as good as any of these but it’s a tough draw.”

10.Chris Voak (My Prayer): “Went with her because of the draw. Went well last start off a soft trip. Looks a good place chance and can follow a good pace.”

11.Dylan Egerton-Green (Nowuseemesmile): “We will duck to the rail and hope for luck from the draw.”

RACE 7 – ETCH COATINGS PACE

2.Greg Bond (Rebel With A Grin): “Should be in the finish with good beginning and average luck in running.”

3.Matthew Scott (Perlee Gates): “Going well. Just forget last week.”

4.Greg Bond (Divinia Bellezza): “Should be in the finish with good beginning and average luck in running.”

6.Michael Grantham (Countess Grace): “Stands are her bread and butter. She can definitely earn every stand. Off the front row out the widest is no problem.”

9.Matthew Scott (Charlie El): “Was okay first-up and is working well.”

11.Chris Voak (Ultimate Offer): “Always got away like a bullet. I’ve been wanting to get him in a stand. He can do some work in this type of race. He can put himself in it when he desires.”

RACE 8 – THE WEST AUSTRALIAN 3YO FILLIES PACE

2.Emily Suvaljko (Miss Eerie): “Looks to get a nice draw on her main rivals. She brings her good country form to town and can play a part with the right sort of trip in running.”

6.Michael Grantham (Miss Lamarr): “Going forward here. The run on Monday has topped her off for Friday.”

8.Dylan Egerton-Green (Sports Package): “Draw looks tricky. We will probably be one-one on Double Expresso. She will benefit from the last run.

9.Ross Olivieri (Double Expresso): “Drawn badly but it’s a big drop in class. Should be the testing material. She’s been desperately unlucky.”

10.Chris Voak (Star Of Diamonds): “Good each way chance with clear running.”

RACE 9 – INTERSPORT SLATER GARTRELL PACE

1.Emily Suvaljko (Anime): “Looks to be leaders back and a top five contender.”

2.Dylan Egerton-Green (Chiaroscuro): “We intend to find the rail first.”

3.Chris Voak (Vultan Tin): “He should run first four. I thought the two may hold up. The four can also lead. He’s not at his best yet.

4.Michael Grantham (Golden State): “He can run second to Bully.”

6.Giles Inwood (Bettor Party): “If he could run third that would be awesome. He’s an old battler but he’s a real nice horse.”

7.Gary Hall Jnr (Chicago Bull): “Should just win. Don’t know what happens. I thought the two might have something to say on the lead.”

RACE 10 – WORLDWIDE PRINTING PACE

2.Greg Bond (Infatuation): “Trained on well and looks a nice race for him.”

3.Michael Grantham (Maras Ace Man): “Going okay. He’s been making up ground over the mile. Can run top four.”

4.Aldo Cortopassi (Cyclone Banner): “Going super. Definitely a player in this. Very fast horse and the short trip will be an advantage to him.”

6.Matthew Scott (Twentynine Twelve): “Going real good. He’s my best trackworker. Rock Me Over can’t get over him.”

8.Emily Suvaljko (Black Jack Zac): “Will look to go back from the wide gate. He’s got a good turn of foot which can figure him into a top five placing.”
