Champion sires represented at Redcliffe Sale

Ten of the top dozen stallions on this year’s 2YO stakemoney list have progeny in the Redcliffe Yearling Sale, to be conducted by Darren Ebert & Co at Redcliffe Paceway on Sunday, March 31.

The sires are Bettor’s Delight (1 lot), Sportswriter (2), Pet Rock (6), Mr Feelgood (3) Betterthancheddar (1), and the first-crop sires Hurrikane Kingcole (9 lots), Sweet Lou (1), Heston Blue Chip (4) Sunshine Beach (1) and Follow The Stars (2).

Somebeachsomewhere, the leading sire of two-year-olds in North America and Australia, has a single lot in the sale.

Other leading juvenile sires with multiple entries in the catalogue are last season’s leading first-crop sire A Rocknroll Dance with three lots, Rock N Roll Heaven (2) and Roll With Joe (2).
