Appeal – Mr Michael Smith & Ms Samantha Pascoe
Harness Racing SA (HRSA) has received advice from the Racing Appeals Tribunal that Mr Michael Smith and Ms Samantha Pascoe have lodged an appeal against the conviction and penalty imposed by the Stewards on the 14th of February 2019 in relation to the alleged stomach tubing of Missy Murdock prior to racing on Monday the 19th of November 2018. Both parties have been granted a stay of proceedings which in effect will allow them to carry on their duties as licenced people until the appeal has been heard. The appeal date is yet to be set.
