23 October 2018
Logo

With the 2018-2019 season well underway we would like to remind all licence holders that their licence renewals and payments are now overdue. Without a current licence you are not covered by licence holders insurance and will no longer be eligible to nominate for meetings.

Please also note that under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 91(1):

     A person shall not carry on an activity regulated by licence -

(a)  if that person is not the holder of a current licence;

(b)  if the person’s licence is suspended; or

(c)  except in accordance with the terms and conditions of the licence.

Trainers are reminded that under the AHRR you are responsible to ensure that all persons carrying out the activities of a stable hand are appropriately licensed. Penalties may apply for noncompliance.

If you do wish to renew your license, or have any further questions, please contact the HRV Licensing Department on 8378 0213.
