Owners and Trainers please be aware that nominations for the Brisbane Show trotting at the 2018 Ekka close 10am Wednesday July 18.

Show trotting will be conducted on every day of the show which opens Friday August 10 and closes Sunday August 19.
Nominations must close on July 18 to enable all horses to be checked in terms of eligibility and status of Hendra virus vaccinations.
Accomodation for horses and people staying on the grounds must also be organized in advance.
While a full racing program is currently displayed on the Meeting Calendar of this website these programs will be reviewed upon close of nominations on July 18 to ensure everyone can receive appropriate racing opportunities during the Show.
All horses that are even being considered for a start at the 2018 Brisbane Show must be nominated by July 18. Trainers may withdraw their horses at any time after this date without penalty if they decide not to participate.
