Fresh off driving his first winning double in Hobart on Friday night, concession driver Ethan Arnott will be out to continue his good start to the season in Launceston on Sunday afternoon.

The 18-year-old had his first drive of the 2024 season, winning one race that year. In his first full season in 2025, he claimed four wins, and he has already surpassed that tally in 2026 with seven wins so far.

He looks well placed to add to the total, partnering in-form mare Shes Allaboutluv in the second race, a 65 to 74 event over 1680m.

Trained by Chris Howlett, Shes Allaboutluv has won four of her five starts in Tasmania since arriving from Queensland, after starting her racing career in New Zealand.

Arnott has been in the sulky for the last two wins on the daughter of Always B Miki, with her most recent success being a 17.2m win in Hobart on 10 April.

“She is a really nice mare that has been impressive since being in Tasmania.

“She did it pretty easily last week, and she had to fight off Mcmayhem at the start before (on 3 April) in a slick last quarter,” said Arnott.

The driver believes the mare should be in the finish again on Sunday from the pole draw.

“I think she will go close again, it is a step up in grade, and we will see how she goes.

Arnott has four other drives on the program, including Kostyuk Leis in the final race of the day, the Nutrien Ag Supplies Pace (2200m).

“I think I can get across (from barrier two) early, and hopefully I can dictate the speed, and if I can get it on my own terms, he should run a good race.

The nine-race card is an afternoon program that commences with a Two Year Old Maiden at 12:45, with the program to be shown on Tasracing Live and Sky Racing 1.
