Following previous reminders sent to licensed participants, HRNSW again reminds all licensed participants that 2023 licence renewals should have been submitted to HRNSW prior to yesterday to avoid delays in being processed due to public holidays falling on 25, 26 & 27 December 2022 and 1 & 2 January 2023.

Despite those reminders there are a significant number of licence renewals that have not been submitted. Consequently these may not be processed prior to the commencement of the 2023 licensing year, being 1 January 2023.

For race meetings to be conducted on 1 January 2023 onwards, Trainers must have their licences renewed prior to the close of nominations for the respective meetings.

Drivers are also reminded that they must have their licences renewed prior to the deadline for driver declarations, being 10.30am two (2) days prior to the race meeting.

1 January 2023-       Leeton meeting-       Nominations close 28 December 2022.

3 January 2023- Menangle and Temora meetings- Nominations close 29 December 2022.

4 January 2023- Parkes meeting- Nominations close 30 December 2022.

5 January 2023- Tamworth and Penrith meetings- Nominations close 30 December 2022.
