Top Victorian horsewoman Emma Stewart will make a rare appearance at Riverina Paceway today.

The 40-year-old mentor will take two of her promising juveniles north for heats of the NSW Breeders Challenge.

This includes the unbeaten filly Major Delight.

The daughter of former top mare Lady Euthenia, who won the Breeders Challenge as a two-year-old, has had three starts and netted $99,180 in stakes.

Stewart’s other starter is Major Celebrity who was unbeaten in his first three starts before finishing third in the Nutrien Final in August.

Stewart, a 100-time Group 1 winning trainer, has one of the best winning strike rates in Australia of 45 per cent.
