Trainer-driver Jason Grimson will welcome new horses to his stable at Menangle today.

Menangle Park Training Centre conditioner Jason Grimson continues to grow his team and has two horses debuting for his stable today.

Former Victorian two-year-old Zeus Dan will be the first of Grimson’s newcomers to step out at Menangle today in race five.

Formerly trained by Nathan Purdon, the colt has had three starts to date and has not raced since the Australian Pacing Gold series in May.

The next pacer making his debut for Grimson is the well-performed Rocknlachlan in race eight.

Formerly prepared in the Hunter Valley region by the Harding family, the gelding is first up since winning the TAB Regional Championships Hunter Consolation Final.

The iForm team have put together their best bets for today’s racing in NSW:

Menangle best bet

Race 8: Itz Major Rich (3)

Has the speed to use the good draw and can lead all of the way.

Menangle next best

Race 7: Electric Eye (8)

Fitter and gets a nice class drop and his gun driver can overcome the draw.

Around the tracks

Wagga best bet

Race 4: Western Style (3)

Gets a nice class drop and should be too good from a kind draw.

Play the exotics

The Menangle quaddie

Race 5: 7

Race 6: 5

Race 7: 8,10

Race 8: 3,10,5,6
