VIC - Pending VRT Hearing - David Aiken

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued a charge against licensed trainer-driver David Aiken under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 190(1) which states:

A horse shall be presented for a race free of prohibited substances.

It is alleged that Mr Aiken presented the horse ‘Secret Identity’ to race at Shepparton on 1 May 2020 when not free of the prohibited substance hyoscine.

The charge will be heard by the Victoria Racing Tribunal on a date to be fixed.
