Entries must have been for the period 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2019.
All entries submitted must be accompanied by a cover sheet identifying the nominating entrant, the title of the entry, any other persons involved and the date of publication/interview etc. Contact details including address, phone number(s) and email should also be attached.
Nominations must be lodged with Harness Racing Australia, Level 1, 400 Epsom Road, Flemington, Vic 3031 or by email to jdavies@hra.com.au by close of business Friday, 20 September 2019.
