Ms Douglas pleaded guilty to a charge issued under Australian Harness Racing Rule 193(1) for attempting to stomach tube ‘Hanging On A Dream’ on 27 March 2019 prior to its engagement at Bendigo on that date. Ms Douglas was issued with a 9-month disqualification in relation to that charge. The details of the HRV RAD Board hearing can be viewed here.

The matter is listed for a VCAT Directions Hearing on 27 May 2019.

Ms Douglas remains disqualified until such time as the matter is heard and determined by the Tribunal.
