Harness Racing Victoria (HRV), a statutory body, is responsible for the control, development and promotion of the Victorian harness racing industry. The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to secure a part time position (4 days a week) working within the racing operations function. This role will play a vital part to ensure the professional delivery of all race meetings and trials conducted at Tabcorp Park. As the Race Day Duty Manager you will be responsible for casual race day staff, logistics and providing exceptional administration support and customer service to all licensed participants and registered persons.
Given the nature of the racing industry this role requires you to have a flexible view with regard to working hours which will include nights and regular weekend work.

You will have a strong interest in racing, a desire to make a positive contribution to the harness racing industry and have the following skills and attributes;
- Experience & knowledge of the racing industry
- Ability to take a consistent and high-energy approach to your work
- Well-developed skills in problem solving and communication
- Excellent computer literacy skills (Office & Adobe Design Suite)
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lead & take direction
