Harness Racing South Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Dean Elliot to the position of Acting Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 25th October 2021. 

Dean is well known within the tri-code and wagering divisions of racing and brings to the role his immense experience with corporates, wagering and marketing. As a leader in racing, Dean will use his communication, relationship building and strategic experience to advocate for the industry. 

Under Deans leadership, HRSA is looking forwards to developing new pathways for growth and development of the industry in South Australia. With the rejuvenation of our sport nationally, there has never been a better time to be a part of our sport.
