HRV appoints Brent Fisher General Manager Integrity

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) has appointed Brent Fisher as General Manager of Integrity. 

Mr Fisher has held the role of Manager Investigations and Compliance at HRV since August 2015.

Prior to joining the HRV integrity unit Mr Fisher had a distinguished investigative career with Victoria Police.

“Since joining HRV, Brent has led many initiatives which have strengthened and promoted integrity within the harness racing industry,” HRV Integrity Council Chairman John Doherty said.

HRV CEO David Martin said: “It cannot be understated how important integrity is within sports and racing industries.

HRV remains committed to strengthening our integrity team to ensure a level playing field for all participants.”

Mr Fisher said he was humbled to be entrusted with this opportunity.

“We have a great team and I’m honoured to be given the chance to lead it as General Manager of Integrity,” Mr Fisher said.
