A four-race showdown at Horsham Harness Racing Club will showcase some of Australia's best drivers in a Labour Day special.
The Decron Horse Care Noel Smith Memorial Invitation Drivers Championship will feature Victorians Anthony Butt, Gavin Lang, Greg Sugars, Kate Gath, Kerryn Manning and Chris Alford.
They will fly the local flag amid talented visitors Ricky Duggan (Tasmania), Blair Orange (New Zealand), Todd McCarthy (New South Wales) and Shane Graham (Queensland) in the race day feature.
The driver who scores the most points through the four-race series wins. Points will be attributed as follows:
POINTS SYSTEM:
1st = 11pts
2nd = 9pts
3rd = 8pts
4th = 7pts
5th = 6pts
6th = 5 pts
7th = 4pts
8th = 3 pts
9th = 2pts
10th = 1pt
SCR/no drive = 5pts
Racing begins with a C0 for those four years old and over at 3.55pm.
