THE all-important barrier draws for the Group 1 New South Wales Oaks and Derby will take place next Monday at 10am at the Harness Racing New South Wales office.
Connections of horses qualified for the respective juvenile feature races are invited to watch the draw take place.
Both races, which carry $200,000 in prizemoney each, will be part of six Group 1’s at Tabcorp Park Menangle on February 25.
The culmination of the Sky Racing Carnival Of Miracles will include the 50th edition of the Miracle Mile, the Group 1 Ladyship Mile, the Group 1 Bohemia Crystal Free-For-All as well as the Group 1 Trotters Cup.
Meanwhile, the barrier draw for the 2017 edition of the Miracle Mile will be held at a special function at Menangle this Sunday (February 19).
Harness Racing NSW (HRNSW) is the controlling body for harness racing in New South Wales with responsibility for commercial and regulatory management of the industry including 33 racing clubs across the State. HRNSW is headed by a Board of Directors and is independent of Government.
