The Albion Park Harness Racing Club will play host to a strong nine race program this Saturday night.

And the opening race has attracted an even field of 11 pacers with several in-form runners set to contest the UBET for the Thrill of It Pace over the 1660m.

The sprint scamper has attracted an even field which features several speedy beginners and pressure will be at an extreme level while luck in running will be crucial to the outcome.

Last start winners include Northern Line, Monumental and Feel The Faith.

Gambling giant UBET are offering several jackpots throughout the program including a guaranteed $50,000 First 4 pool on the opening race plus a $10,000 jackpot.

The ideally drawn The Black Assassin will command plenty of respect from his inside draw and leading horseman Grant Dixon takes the drive on the consistent pacer.

The Black Assassin rated 1:54.4 winning at this track and trip three starts ago.

Another highlight is race four, the Mercedes Benz Toowong Open Pace which features several classy types.

Majestic Major, Mach Alert, Destreos, Ideal Scott and Teo Enteo take on in-form pacers Broadway Playboy, Joys A Babe and Tenacious One.

The free-for-all event will staged at 1660m.

A guaranteed $20,000 Quadrella pool is also slated; the quaddie will be staged on races 2, 3, 4 & 5.

Most legs of the quaddie appear open and loaded with chances which could easily provide value for punters.

UBET have also slated $2000 jackpot trifecta pools on races 3, 4 & 5.

The first of 9 races is scheduled to start at 5.15pm.
