RACE 1 – DNR LOGISTICS PACE
Isabel Walsh, trainer of Turbo Bromac NZ, has reported that blood tests have revealed the gelding to be suffering from a virus. Ms Walsh added that Turbo Bromac NZ had been castrated subsequent to the race and has been sent to the spelling paddock.

Isabel Walsh, trainer of Simba Bromac NZ, has reported that blood tests have revealed the gelding to be suffering from a virus. Ms Walsh added that Simba Bromac NZ will be given a slight let up from racing.

Andy Gath, trainer of Burnaholeinmypocket NZ, has reported that blood tests taken from the gelding have failed to reveal any abnormalities. Mr Gath added that the performance of Burnaholeinmypocket NZ could have been affected by the hot weather and that the gelding had worked well subsequent to the race.
RACE 4 – VHRMA GRAHAM GOFFIN MEMORIAL
Paddy Lee, trainer of Mistressofillusion, has reported that blood tests taken from the mare have revealed signs of a virus. Mr Lee added that Mistressofillusion pulled up flat subsequent to the race and was given a couple of days off but the mare improved with the rest and has worked good since.
RACE 9 – 2CONSTRUCT CLAIMING PACE
David Miles, trainer of Classiemahon NZ, has reported that blood tests taken from the gelding have failed to reveal any abnormalities. Mr Miles added that Classiemahon pulled up fine subsequent to the race and will be given a slight freshen up.
