Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have submitted an application to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) for a review of the decision of the HRV Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board on 14 December to uphold a charge and six week driving suspension imposed by HRV Stewards against Mr Josh Aiken.
Mr Aiken was found not guilty by the HRV RAD Board relating to a charge issued by HRV Stewards under Australian Harness Racing Rule 149(1) for failing to take all reasonable and permissible measures when the driver of Eljaykay Phoenix in Race 2 at Tabcorp Park Melton on 5 November 2016.
