With the festive period upon us, the Albion Park Harness Racing Club will stage a nine race program on Christmas Eve this Saturday night.

And it provides a perfect opportunity to head into your end of year break with your pockets filled.

Again punters have the chance to win big with gambling giant UBET offering a huge $100,000 guaranteed trifecta pool on the opening race.

A jackpot component of $25,000 is also programmed for the opening race.

The UBET the New TAB Pace will be staged over the sprint distance of 1660m and features several in-form pacers while a handful of classy types drop significantly back in grade.

Last start winners include the ideally drawn Epaulette, Proby One and Ketut.

The Narissa McMullen prepared Murano is facing a massive class drop after contesting several features during the recent summer carnival.

Murano chased home local hero and now retired Avonnova in the Gold Coast Cup, the front-line draw coupled with the sprint distance gives the Bettors Delight gelding a leading hope.

Others to be considered include The Black Assassin, Itsallaboutlu, Isobela Maree, Jilliby Ling and Polished Rocks.

A guaranteed $20,000 Quadrella pool is also slated; the quaddie will be staged on races 2, 3, 4 & 5.

Most legs of the quaddie appear open and loaded with chances which could easily provide value for punters.

UBET are also offering a guaranteed $10,000 trifecta pool on the third race.

The first of 9 races is scheduled to start at 5.13pm.

The APHRC would like to wish everybody a very Merry Xmas and a safe and prosperous New Year.
