A filly by champion sire Falcon Seelster out of the 2012 Southern Cross 2YO winner Phyl Crocker is among the early nomination's for next year's Hamessbred.com South Australian Yearling Sale.

Bred by new Harness Racing SA Board member Gary Crocker via his company Walk Proud Pty Ltd , the filly is one of only a dozen filly foals of Falcon Seelster's 2015 Australian crop.

Falcon Seelster, a world champion and millionaire pacer, has sired the winners of over $130- million in North America, New Zealand and Australia.

Phyl Crocker by champion sire Art Major, earned $45,833 from three wins and seven placings in 21 starts. She was also placed in the Des McQueen 2YO Classic and the Breeders Crown 2YO Consolation.

The filly is her first offspring and it is a very interesting cross being by Falcon Seelster out of an Art Major mare whereas in the past it has been Art Major covering Falcon Seelster mares.

Phyl Crocker is one of three winners of her dam Beatrice Lane, an eight-win daughter of Sands A Flyin from the treasured Shu Fly family.
