The review applications of formerly licensed trainers Shayne and Greg Cramp, scheduled to be heard by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) on 28 September 2016, have been adjourned at the request of their legal representative. Both Shayne and Greg Cramp applied for review of the decision of the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board released on 1 March 2016 to affirm a 12 year disqualification imposed upon them by Harness Racing Victoria (HRV).
The review applications, which will be heard on a date to be fixed, relate only to the severity of the penalty imposed. Both Shayne and Greg Cramp remain disqualified parties in the interim.
