HRNSW extends its deepest sympathies to the family of Lindsay Jones on his passing last week. Lindsay was involved in harness racing for more than 30 years and enjoyed success with horses such as Mikayla Anne, Marneys Star, Hidden Ability, Heroic and Hamilton Miss.
Lindsay enjoyed his best season as a trainer in 2006/07 when he recorded 17 wins and 27 placings from 113 runners.
The funeral for Lindsay will be held at Pinegrove Crematorium at Minchinbury on Monday October 12 with the service beginning at 2pm.
Harness Racing NSW (HRNSW) is the controlling body for harness racing in New South Wales with responsibility for commercial and regulatory management of the industry including 31 racing clubs across the State. HRNSW is headed by an industry-appointed Board of Directors and is independent of Government.
