The Inter Dominion Grand Final will take place this Sunday in Sydney.
But the Albion Park Harness Racing Club is staging a strong ten race program on Saturday night, thus whetting the appetite of harness fans for the ‘Super Sunday’ meeting at Menangle.
Queensland has great presence in Sydney including two Inter Dominion Grand Finalists in Majestic Mach and Avonnova.
Several stars will step out at Albion Park including several up and coming pacers in the Listed $25,000 Seymour Rising Stars Championship Final.
Gambling giant TattsBet are offering several jackpots including a $23,000 Quadrella carryover which will be staged on races 2, 3, 4 and 5.
And Trot Tips are here to assist punters.
“It’s a handy starting pool for the quaddie and it should build quite nicely , the legs look fairly open with the exception of the opening leg where former New Zealand pacer Swarovski looks a standout. He scored easily in the heat on Tuesday and looks like finding the lead comfortably.” Trot Tips Mick Polster said.
The Seymour Rising Stars Championship Final this week is assessed for the C1/C2 performers, heat winners on Tuesday were Swarovski and Glenburn Red.
“I’m suggesting you can play one out in the opening leg with Swarovski, which will allow us to play wider in the remaining legs because they appear a little more even. The next leg is even but winning hopes include Empty Envelope, Master Pip, Our El Nino, Corey O’Donohue and Mister Skye Rocket.
“In the third leg, play wide with Ima Sea Storm, Glenburns Fella, Rubys Bad Boy, Chaldea, Beaver, Ohoka Mach and Missing Letters. This is a difficult race to map with several looming as legitimate winning chances with luck in running.
“The final leg appears fairly straight forward and I’ve identified three winning chances in Marty Bee, Lifesa Ranger and Spondooley. This trio will all race handy to the speed and get their chance. I will play around with all these runners in different combinations for varying amounts.”
TattsBet will also offer a $10,000 trifecta carryover on the opening race while a $10,000 First 4 jackpot will be staged on race three.
