Albion Park Race Meeting Friday November 14 Transferred to Redcliffe

Due to the G20 Summit held in Brisbane and travel restrictions in the area of Brisbane City and surrounding suburbs for the period from November 14 up to and including November 17 in particular the Albion Park race meeting scheduled for Friday November 14 has been transferred to Redcliffe.

The Albion Park race meeting scheduled for Saturday night November 15 should not be affected as most travel restrictions are in place earlier in the day.

Trainers are advised that during this period that due to road closures in and around the city that the best routes to use to access Albion Park include:-

- Gateway Motorway (approaching from either north or south) to Kingsford Smith Drive

- Western Freeway through Milton

- Gympie or Sandgate Road when travelling from the north to Albion

Please avoid travelling through the city during the period that the G20 Summit is being conducted.
