MEDIA RELEASE

Through the generous support of Harness Racing Australia (HRA), Harness Racing SA are pleased to announce that a float rebate of $150 per horse will be paid to all regional and interstate trainers who nominate horses for all races on the night of the Sky Racing Australian Drivers Championship (ADC) to be held at Globe Derby Park Adelaide on Saturday 18 October.

The rebate will be paid to all trainers who are located more than 100km from Globe Derby Park. The rebate is intended to maximise race fields for one of the most significant nights on the Australian racing calendar. This follows the recent announcement that each of the six Australian Drivers Championship races on the night will be non-penalty races with $8,000 prizemoney.

HRSA CEO, John Lewis stated that the night is shaping up as one of Harness Racing’s showcase events of the year including an exciting range of wagering and event promotions.
