In standing down, Dumesny expressed his appreciation for the support that has been given to him by the many district Club delegates who served under him.
Dumesny continued with his thanks to Secretary, Treasurer, Danny Dwyer and to Marianne Donnelly and Gemma Hewitt who assist Danny with the Association's administrative functions.

Peak Hill President, Wayne Rosser, Forbes President, Rob Parsons and Dubbo Club Board member, Jeff Costello were nominated unopposed to the Vice President roles while Danny Dwyer was again appointed as the Secretary, Treasurer.
Board Member with Harness Racing New South Wales, Chris Edwards attended the meeting to update the Association on current matters occurring within the industry.
Delegates particularly quizzed Edwards on where proceedings were up to in respect of the Green Light Scandal and Appeals from licensed persons whose horses had returned positive swabs.
