HRA - 2012/2013 Feature Race Calendar Now Available

Harness Racing Australia (HRA) today released the 2012/2013 Grand Circuit and Feature Race Calendar which has been harmonised with the Harness Racing New Zealand (HRNZ) feature races to provide central and comprehensive point of reference.

Prepared collaboratively between State Controlling Bodies, Clubs, HRA and HRNZ the Calendar has been prepared balancing tradition, racing, commercial and local factors.

As has become tradition, the Grand Circuit launches with the Queensland Pacing Championship on 20 October 2012.

While all care has been taken in compiling the Calendar, owners and trainers should appreciate that circumstances may dictate the need for amendment and attention should therefore be directed to all information provided by HRA and State Controlling Bodies. Consideration should also be given to the impact that qualifying races, preludes and heats may have leading into certain events.
