Premier Adelaide driver David Harding steered home four winners at Port Pirie on Friday night taking his season tally to 210 victories in South Australia.

Harding is now placed fourth on the National Driving Premiership behind Darryl Douglas (Vic), Grant Dixon (Qld) and Chris Alford (Vic).

At Port Pirie, Harding had a full book of 8 drives and won half the race card. He started the night winning the first race on the $2.20 favourite Raisina Ruckus then had  a dry spell before guiding home the final three winners; Jagged Knight $1.40 favourite, Heezhot ($1.50 fav) and trotter Megs Classic ($10.90).

Harding leads the SA driving premiership by a massive 127 winners with a win strike rate of almost one in four (25%). The second top driver, Paul Cavallaro has driven 83 winners this season with third placed Ryan Hryhorec on 78 wins. Harding’s winners have earned over $640,000.
