FOLLOWING the hugely successful recent launch of driver profiles, Harness Racing Australia and RISE will today add trainer profiles.

The response to the driver profiles, which have been likened to player profiles seen across other sporting organisations’ digital platforms, has been outstanding.

HRA and RISE is delighted to further enhance its offering with trainer profiles, which will display multiple interactive pie graphs. They will also include upcoming and recent runners for each trainer.

The upcoming and recent runners’ summaries interact with the existing features on Harness.org.au, with links through to upcoming meetings, fields, form guides and premiership standings.

Another key functionality is a season-by-season and career statistical summary for each trainer taking part in this latest enhancement.

“We’re committed to continue to innovate,” HRA CEO Andrew Kelly said. “Introducing driver profiles back in March was a big step and the feedback has been tremendous, adding trainers was our next focus and it’s terrific we’re ready to launch them now.

“Judging by the response to the driver profiles, we expect the trainer profiles to be very well received.

“By introducing these profiles, we are showing our commitment to working with our drivers and trainers to help build their brand awareness for themselves and the greater good of the industry.”

RISE’s Head of Digital Products, Charles Tabone, was also thrilled to launch the latest enhancement. “Profiles on Harness.org.au shine a spotlight on our participants by providing a unique snapshot of their training and driving careers that is so far unparalleled in the industry. By leveraging the RISE platform, we create key statistics that highlight top performers with personal bios across all licenced trainers and drivers,” he said.

“We are excited to create personalised profiles for Trainers by leveraging our rich data.” RISE’s GM, Dan Boariu said. “This is a positive step towards providing informative and dynamic digital representation of Trainers and Drivers on Harness.org.au”.
