RACE 8 – RED HOUSE BAKERY PACE (1690 MS)
Karlene Tindale, trainer of Amore Rock advised subsequent to the event the gelding failed to recover as expected the following days which Mrs Tindale felt Amore Rock may had a low- grade virus and will have a slight let up from racing prior to continuing with the current preparation.

RACE 10 – TAB LONG MAY WE PLAY TROT (2240 MS)
Paddy Lee, trainer of Milly An Eyre NZ advised subsequent to the event the mare has recovered well and been given a light week. Mr Lee attributed the performance to a combination of the mare being reshod between runs resulting in Milly An Eyre NZ cross firing and an endoscopic examination revealing the mare displaying low grade mucous which Milly An Eyre NZ has been treated for accordingly. Mr Lee advised Milly An Eyre NZ will have corrective shoeing carried out prior to starting again and he will continue with the current preparation.

RACE 10 – SIMPLOT PACE (1720 MS)
Greg Sugars, stable representative for Jess Tubbs trainer of La Puddie advised subsequent to the event blood tests revealed the gelding displaying signs of an electrolyte imbalance. Mr Sugars advised La Puddie will now be treated accordingly prior to continuing with the current preparation.
