Next Sunday's APG Perth Sale represents a new era for APG in Perth, with APG's new State Based race series enabling Perth Sales Graduates to compete for an incredible $650,000 of local prizemoney, split between the Perth Sales Classics and APG's new Gold Bullion Series.

2yo's will be eligible to compete in:

•           the Perth Sales Classics, featuring $10,000 heats leading into $100,000 finals; and

•           APG's new Gold Bullion Series, featuring base stakes heats leading into $50,000 finals

Both the Perth Sales Classics and the APG Gold Bullion Series will offer separate divisions for colts & fillies.

The Perth Sales Classics will be scheduled for early in the season (late-February to coincide with APG's Perth Sales Weekend), whilst the APG Gold Bullion Series will be scheduled for later in the season, making it an ideal target for later maturing horses.

3yo's will be eligible to compete in:

•           the $50,000 Perth Sales Classics; and

•           APG's new Gold Bullion Series, featuring base stakes heats leading into $50,000 finals

Once again, both the Perth Sales Classics and the APG Gold Bullion Series will offer separate divisions for colts & fillies.

The Perth Sales Classics will be scheduled for early in the season (most likely early March), whilst APG's Gold Bullion Series will be scheduled for later in the season (ideally on the same night as APG's 2yo Gold Bullion Finals).

4yo's will be eligible to compete in:

•           APG's new Gold Bullion Series, featuring base stakes heats leading into $30,000 finals

As per the 2yo & 3yo legs, APG's 4yo Gold Bullion Series will offer separate divisions for colts & fillies and will be scheduled for later in the season (ideally on the same night as APG's 2yo &/or 3yo Gold Bullion Finals).

Perth APG 2020 Yearling Sales will be held at the Magic Millions Sales Complex, 2/56 Dale Road, Middle Swan WA 6056 on Sunday 1 March 2020 commencing at 1pm
