Leading breeders back Bathurst yearling sale

Many of the best known breeders from New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia have thrown their weight behind the 2019 Bathurst Gold Crown Yearling Sale to be held at the Gold Crown Paceway on Sunday, March 24, starting at 11am.

The sale has attracted large drafts from leading NSW nurseries including Yirribee Pacing Stud (18 lots), Brooklyn Lodge (14 lots), Lochend Stud (11 lots), Golden Gait Stud (7 lots), Medowie Lodge (6 lots) and Tony Dumesny (5 lots).

Victorian breeders with multiple offerings include Graeme Gourley (4 lots), Robert Rothacker (3 lots), Ashdon Valley Racing (3 lots), Equine Reproduction Services (3 lots) and Steve and Narelle Dickson (2 lots).

Other prominent breeders with stock in the catalogue include Brian Gourley, Wayne Honan, Stan Dumesny, Denis Howe, Eric Basham, Peter Green, Richard Camilleri, Terry Neil, Stan Townsend, Ken Attenborough and Bruce Dumesny.

Yearlings are eligible for the NSW Breeders Challenge, Breeders Crown, Bathurst Gold Crown, NSW Breeders Blue, Vicbred and Vicbred Platinum.
