SA – Pending Stewards Enquiry – Mr Christopher Massey
Harness Racing South Australia Stewards have issued a charge against licensed trainer Mr Christopher Massey under the Australian Rules of Harness Racing.
The Stewards allegation is that Mr Massey, being the registered trainer of GENUINE EXCUSE presented the mare to race at Globe Derby on 18 September 2017 in Race 5, and that a blood sample taken prior to the race, upon analysis revealed the presence of total carbon dioxide in plasma (TC02) in excess of the threshold as defined in Rule 188A(2)(a) of the Rules of Harness Racing.
The enquiry has been set down for Wednesday 15th November 2017.
