Entries submitted must have been published during the 2021 Season - 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.

There is a limit of 2 entries per category per person.

All entries submitted must be accompanied by a cover sheet identifying the nominating entrant, the title of the entry, any other persons involved and the date of publication/interview etc. Contact details including address, phone number(s) and email should also be attached.

Nominations must be lodged with Harness Racing Australia, Level 1, 400 Epsom Road, Flemington, Vic 3031 or by email to kmacaloney@hra.com.au by close of business 20 January 2022.
