RACE 7- NEATLINE HOMES SHEPPARTON PACING CUP (GROUP 2) (2690 MS)

Scott Ewan, trainer of Bulletproof Boy advised subsequent to the event the blood tests failed to reveal any significant abnormalities and Bulletproof Boy has recovered satisfactorily. Mr Ewan advised Bulletproof Boy will now be given a let up from racing prior to continuing with the preparation. Mr Ewan attributed the performance to the gelding getting down onto his bumpers during the event which he will take the corrective measures to avoid any reoccurrence.

RACE 8- YOUR SOLD REAL ESTATE PACE (2190 MS)

Josh Aiken stable representative for David Aiken, trainer of Major Delico advised subsequent to the event the gelding has recovered and worked satisfactorily since. Mr Aiken advised Major Delico would derive benefit from the run after a short let up from racing.

RACE 8- YOUR SOLD REAL ESTATE PACE (2190 MS)

Josh Aiken stable representative for David Aiken, trainer of Brevity advised subsequent to the event the entire has recovered and worked satisfactorily since. Mr Aiken advised Brevity would derive benefit from the run after a short let up from racing.

RACE 4 – WALKERS EARTHMOVERS PACE (2160 MS)

Jeff McLean, trainer of Jaeden NZ advised subsequent to the event the gelding has recovered and worked satisfactorily since. Mr McLean advised he was at a loss to explain the performance and added Jaeden NZ would not start again until he was fully satisfied the gelding would perform in a competitive manner.

RACE 5 – HAMILTON CARPET COURT PACE (2160 MS) 

Stephen Lambert, trainer of Bakers Bandit advised subsequent to the event the gelding has recovered satisfactorily and will now be given a let up from racing prior to continuing with the current preparation. Mr Lambert attributed the performance to the gelding being driven more forward from the start and it will now be the intentions to drive the gelding more conservatively going forward.

RACE 7- MATTHEWS PETROLEUM HAMILTON PACING CUP (GROUP 3) (2160 MS)

Ashleigh Herbertson, trainer of Im Shadow Boxer advised subsequent to the event the gelding to have recovered satisfactorily. Mr Herbertson advised Im Shadow Boxer has undergone chiropractic treatment since which revealed the gelding displaying some general tightness across the back region. Mr Herbertson attributed the performance to a possible combination of the gelding backing up within eight (8) days after a spell and the chiropractic findings. Mr Herbertson added Im Shadow Boxer will be given a light week prior to continuing with the current preparation.
