VIC - Pending VRT Hearing - Terry French

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued two charges against licensed trainer Terry French under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 190(1) which states:

   A horse shall be presented for a race free of prohibited substances.

It is alleged that Mr French presented the horse ‘Nuclear Nikky’ to race at the Kilmore harness racing meeting on 17 October 2019 and also the St Arnaud harness racing meeting on 10 November 2019 when not free of the prohibited substance Heptaminol.

The charges will be heard by the Victoria Racing Tribunal on a date to be fixed.
