RACE 4- CUB 3YO TROT (2240 MS)
Brent Lilley, trainer of Son Of A Whiz NZ, advised that subsequent to the event the gelding has recovered well and attributed the performance of the gelding to some recent strong racing and Son Of A Whiz NZ will now be given a let up from racing.

RACE 1 – WOODLANDS STUD PACE (2080 MS)
Gary Donaldson, trainer of Leigha Miller, advised that subsequent to the event the mare has recovered well but blood tests revealed Leigha Miller displaying a low-grade virus. Leigha Miller will be treated accordingly and has subsequent performed satisfactorily since in track work. Mr Donaldson advised Leigha Miller would not start until he was fully satisfied with the mare.

RACE 8 – MARYBOROUGH HIGHLAND SOCIETY PACE (2190 MS)
Emma Stewart, trainer of Struve, advised that subsequent to the event the stallion has recovered well but blood tests revealed Struve displaying a low-grade virus along with a number of horses within the stable which have performed below expectations. Struve and others will be treated accordingly.
Michael Gadsden, trainer of Doitson NZ, advised that subsequent to the event the gelding has recovered well and has shown no ill effects from the performance. Mr Gadsden advised it will be in intentions to start the gelding in the coming week.
