YOU could almost be forgiven for mistaking tonight's Pink Bonnet as an Australian Pacing Gold heat.

The Club Menangle-based Group Two has attracted a field of 10 classy fillies, with eight of the youngsters APG graduates.

A recent debut winner in Melton, Soho Almasi - purchased from last year's Sydney Sale - is the short-priced favourite from barrier seven.

Soho Almasi is from former handy mare Fususi which captured the 2006 Tatlow Memorial at Moonee Valley.

Fususi once again has a daughter, this time by Captaintreacherous, ready to enter the Sydney APG Sale ring as Lot 684 on March 8.

Four of Soho Almasi's rivals also have relatives in the upcoming Sydney APG Sale, while another had a half-sister sold in the recent Melbourne APG Sale.

Scoring upon debut a fortnight ago, Breivika is trained by Blake Fitzpatrick who outlaid $24,000 for her half-sister by Art Major.

A last start winner in Bathurst, Beta Jewel's half-sister, also by Art Major, is being sold as Lot 630.

Beta Jewel is set to begin from gate five.

Lot 523 is a colt by Pet Rock from Never More, making him a half-brother to Takidah, which has drawn barrier six.

Third to Breivika at her only start, Girl From Oz has a half-sister by Well Said from Girls Go Racing poised to enter the sales ring as Lot 689.

Trained and driven by Darren McCall, Girl From Oz faces a tough task from barrier nine.

Rounding out the runners with a sibling in the sale is the Lauren and Shane Tritton-trained Our Bella Lucia.

Our Bella Lucia's sole start saw her finish third behind Blazin Beauty in Penrith last week.

Our Bella Lucia is from Esthers Light which has a colt by Tintin In America known at this stage as Lot 676.

Blazin Beauty and Miss Sonic Boom round out the eight APG entrants in the $50,000 feature.
