RACE 3- QUICK FIT BOXING KYNETON PACE (1720 MS)
John Scott, stable representative for trainer Hellen Scott, trainer of Blade NZ, advised that the gelding has been treated with antibiotics after a post-race endoscopic examination revealed a respiratory infection. Mr Scott advised the gelding would have a further endoscopic examination performed in the coming week. Blade NZ would not start until the stable was fully satisfied the gelding would perform in a competitive manner.
RACE 9 – TAB MULTIPLIER PACE FINAL (2240 MS)
Brad Chisholm, stable representative for trainer Brent Lilley, trainer of Ultimate Me NZ, advised that subsequent to the event the gelding has recovered well and the stable has given Ultimate Me NZ a light week. Mr Chisholm advised the stable will alter the training regime of the gelding and undertake gear alterations on Ultimate Me NZ prior to starting next.
